Initially focussed on building the operations and tools to enable organisational growth. Subsequently expanded the role into looking at initiatives around organisational dev spanning across people, process, and infrastructure. 

After building the operation, processes, and tools foundations for Fable to grow, I looked into ways to develop the organisation leading on the people, process, and infrastructure.

- Established and maintained a culture of continuous feedback and business improvement resulting in better collaborations among teams
- Created business growth strategies and implemented tactics to enable growth doubling in size year on year
- Defined and implemented company internal communications strategy to support both the business and employees resulting in a more streamlined communication process and managing expectations
- Sourced third-party suppliers and negotiated terms of business to support the business strategic partners into the business to ensure support in business-critical areas such as legal, HR, and recruitment.  
- Ensured required policies and insurances are in place for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, including remote working.  
- Developed and implemented all operational systems and procedures including employee handbook, associate job descriptions, incentive programs, and the correct policies to protect to give clarity to the business and the team.
 - Embedded the organisational culture within our systems and processes, internal communication, and engagement initiatives.
 - Managed the HR, talent acquisition, retention and learning, and development program requirements resulting in having the right talent in place for Fable’s growth 
 - Developed our ‘Know-How’ information sharing capability between team members which facilitated the onboarding process of new employees  
- Supported and fostered employee wellbeing resulting in a positive employee experience.

Director of Organisational Development 

Created strategies and implement tactics to ensure the right process, tools, system, and communication channels are correctly set up. This resulted in Fable growing from just 4 staff to 12 beginning of 2020 and strong 30 in March 2021. 

Implemented and managed company and team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) resulting in the whole company focussing towards a set goal avoiding loss efforts.

Introduced the agile methodology from the get go at Fable development and tech team, which has helped to escalate the product development, resource planning, prioritise products and projects.

Ensured robust process to attract talent and expertise needed at the right time, which links back to talent acquisition, learning and development and external resource requirements.

 - Coordinated multi-discipline teams which included strategy, creative, user experience and design, content creation, digital development and quality assurance, resulting in projects running on time and budget.
 - Introduced collaboration tools and implemented processes to gain efficiency resulting in an increase in net operating profit.
 - Empowered the development team to innovate resulting in new digital formats created for client like Xerox, motorola and hubspot among others

B2B Tech marketing automation agency. I implemented a value based pricing strategy and rolled out a standardised margin analysis process to hit the required delivery and net operating profit targets. As a result, projects hit the minimum 40% net operating profit target and enabled Tracepoint to forecast, monitor and plan ahead with confidence. Reported to the Managing Director, 10 employees
