I am a qualified Chartered Accountant from India. I have more than 10 years of experience in accounting & finance industry. The first 4 years of my work experience were in the field of statutory audits, internal auditing, due diligence, tax audits & limited reviews of listed and public entities. This is where I learnt and gathered experience in the assurance field. The next 4 years, I got introduced to the world of process improvements and technology. I was part of process reviews, internal financial control reviews, functional ERP implementations like Business Central, SAP BYD, SAP Business One, Oracle Fusion, Zoho, QBO, Xero and more. I have also had the chance to be a functional partner in implementing automations in the areas of Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Hire to Retire (H2R) and more. I further did my stints in areas of outsourced Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Virtual CFO, FP&A and preparing board decks. Few years back, I had a chance to be a part of turnkey projects around accounts offshoring, setting up shared service centre and setting up Finance Centre of Excellence (FCOE). This is where I saw a major potential in the quality of service being delivered out of these offshore centres in Asia. This is when I made it a mission to help accounting, bookkeeping & CPA firms to help and scale their business through best in class offshore accounting practices.
