🥟 currently in the kitchen making dumplings 🥟 Founded Davai with Maybritt because we we're tired of everything plant-based being a replacer. Nothing wrong with them, but the category shouldn't be only replacers. We started looking for products that focused on veggies and had bomb flavours but everything felt bland and the same. That's why we decided to make it ourselves. Started in our own kitchen, upgraded to a more profesh kitchen where we made 500.000 dumplings by hand. Eventually our backs started to hurt so we invested in a custom machine that has made over 3.000.000 dumplings already. Still a lot of handmade work, but at least our backs are better now. You can find them in the freezers Colruyt, Okay, Bio-Planet or at your favorite restaurants and caterers.
