•Represent Viseven on internal and external meetings ​

•Be responsible for the growth of the key accounts within the entrusted region to become strategic and be handed over to Strategic Accounts department
•Ensure the selection, motivation and retention of the best talents in the team
•Ensure that the team members' capabilities are applied to the fullest
•Coordinate the sales team efforts with the SDR and marketing teams to make sure that the Company's strategy is realized
•Create effecient operational rhythm of the team to ensure timely feedback on the performance and escalate problems

• Ensure effecient partnership cooperation & development tactics realization within the existing business strategy of the company

Leading high level sales communications & concluding agreements
