Providing 3rd line support to clients both business and individual consumers.

Supporting a multitude of different platforms including Microsoft Desktop, Microsoft Server, Apple OS, Apple iOS, Jamf and various bespoke software applications and hardware.

Backup management, using ZFS, Veeam and Syncovery, also nagios and SolarWinds monitoring.

Proactively finding solutions for clients and presenting it to them in the most effective means in order to resolve the problem within given SLA

Scheduling repairs and maintenance effectively to minimize system downtime
Dealing with clients both on the phone/email and face-to-face
Ensuring that any solution fully meets a clients needs

Making suitable upgrade recommendations that are fully justifiable and financially effective
Troubleshooting network issues and finding appropriate solutions – which are then carried out under my advisement

Managing technical queries/issue on multi-platform domains
Troubleshooting in-house networking/switching when necessary to reduce system downtime for core technical support

Communicating within my team to share my expertise as well as support colleagues and their clients when necessary
