My kindness, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and knack at finding creative solutions, assists others to maximize their potential while getting the job done effectively. I teach Psychology classes at the University of Phoenix in California's Central Valley. I have over 20 years of clinical experience treating individuals and their families with mental Illness and substance abuse. I am most interested in the Positive Psychology movement applied to recovery: Resilience, Character Strengths, Wellbeing, Happiness and Post Traumatic Growth - Successful living overall! I spend my leisure time enjoying backyard barbecues, and following sports. I enjoy coaching others, love walks to the park with our dogs, taking pictures of nature and landscapes, and driving up to our rustic and remote family Cabin in the Sequoia National Forest. There I disengage - no Wifi, internet, cell service, radio or TV. Just tall evergreens and a year round stream! Ahhh... When our public schools were closed due to COVID-19, I connected exclusively on LinkedIn with wonderful, kind, and positive people from many countries all around our beautiful Earth. I have pivoted and begun Coaching and Educating Adult Entrepreneurs. This fulfills my extroverted, leadership desires, and friendly personality.
