With the team and the team's growth, I've worn many hats from directing Urban Paradise, our team hosted show that has sold out 5+ years running, to communicating with corporations for performances at their events to bringing the team coffee after late night rehearsals and more. 

We now have amassed approximately 15 million views on YouTube and continue to share our passion with others while traveling for shows, classes, and competitions. 

Our clients include Google, Postmates, Domo, The Goldman Environmental Foundation, Grammy nominated artist Tuxedo, and more.

In addition to leading the demand gen team, I managed our inbound SDR org as we grew the team quite a bit and were short staffed on the management side.

During that time:
-Hired and onboarded 4 new SDRs
-Shortened time to the phone from 3 weeks to 2 weeks
-Raised quotas, but each rep still hit 100% or more
-Promoted 3 reps to outbound roles
-In my first month managing the team, we hit a new team high of qualified meetings by 33%, and I sent the team lead on a Michelin star dinner
-Helped onboard a new inbound SDR manager and stepped back from managing reps directly, while remaining a part of the SDR leadership team

Conga

Responsible for the growth and optimization of all PPC, Paid Social, Internal Advocacy and Organic Social Media campaigns to achieve a stronger Apttus brand presence and to generate demand for our Quote-to-Cash product suite. The company was a unicorn, later acquired by Thoma Bravo and merged with Conga. 

Key wins:
-Expanded paid advertising and social media from US to globally
-Increased lead generation by 400%, while cutting CPL in half on paid advertising channels
-Increased organic social media channel followers by hundreds to thousands of percent depending on the channel. Facebook likes went from 600 to 11K in one year.
-Managed a pre-event digital campaign that drove 1,200 leads that we used to set meetings with before arriving onsite
-Launched internal advocacy program generating 10 new patent ideas, 15 new glassdoor reviews, and increased social sharing by 100% in the first 60 days of the program
-Implemented Google Tag Manager
-Managed Google Analytics Accounts
-Managed a team of 3 outside contractors 
-Picked up coffee for the team

Working with one of the best groups in wealth management in San Francisco with over $1.5b in assets under management, I was in charge of bringing in new business. I started off as a market watcher, identifying market opportunities for the group. With the opportunities we cold called. I would contact and qualify hundreds of people a day. After seeing another business development opportunity, I lead a project to implement a social selling system using LinkedIn. 

After implementing the system, I helped add $15mm in new assets under management and had over $100mm in the pipeline.

Started my career at Morgan Stanley after graduating Magna Cum Laude at the University of San Francisco with a Financial Economics major completed within three years. 

Since then, I have been a B2B marketing/GTM leader obsessed with driving pipeline and revenue for SaaS technology companies.

I currently work with an incredible team at Gong.io where I serve as VP, Marketing. Previously, I was the Global Head of Demand Generation at Talkdesk and have had similar roles at Inkling and Apttus.

When not kickin' butt with the Gong.io marketing team, you’ll probably find me somewhere at a Hip Hop dance event, cheering for the Raiders, or at my local bowling league.
