I manage the strategic planning, creation of assets and delivery of studies/market research campaigns. I manage production of all thought leadership publication/whitepapers/reports
I analyse campaign metrics (OR% & CTR%) and growth rate. I manage campaigns for industry specific practice leads, attending monthly meetings to help develop their approach. I support and advise practice heads on ongoing marketing initiatives. I run the Irish ‘CEOx1Day’ programme for university students. I upload/edit website content and practice pages.

I worked with clients from various backgrounds and occupations delivering a service that enabled them to conduct their businesses at the upmost professional level, offering assistance when it came to international communication and accurate use of Language. I enjoy working with people and interpreting their goals, using an initial brief and creating a realistic but creative project to work on together. I am passionate about marketing and language and I used that passion to drive my entrepreneurial ambitions to establish my own innovative business.

Marketing Co-ordinator and Translations Specialist 

Voluntary Service International

I worked as a volunteer in the South of Italy for eight months on an integration project involving African refugees in Italy. It was my job to create a healthy, stable living environment for these people that were struggling to start a new life and to guide them in the right direction as they fought for their legal right to asylum. I was forced to learn a new Language, imerse myself in a new culture and society and develop new solutions to creating a safe space for the refugees. 
I would thoroughly recommend a volunteering experience to anyone as it taught me a lot about myself, whilst challenging me to develop my own skills in several areas. 
I created a project called "Humans of Montesano" to depict the lives of these extraordinary people. This project can be viewed on most social media platforms.

European Legal Advisor 

The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD)

The main skills and achievements involved in this role are: 
Team Work: Reaching monthly targets in order to increase the revenue of the CCD and to initiate the first point of contact between potential ambassadors and a member of the sales team. 
Organisational Skills: Running site visits for up to 15 people and drawing up Sales proposals for clients. I meet strict deadlines in the submission of bids and work on multiple opportunities simultaneously. 
Research Skills: I research and source opportunities in the form of International Conferences that fit the measurements of the CCD and match the rotation process. I maintain an updated database and ensure that all contact information for each client is correct. 
Event Management Skills: I organise and host 4 networking events a year to promote The CCD as part of an Ambassador Program, contacting speakers, booking rooms, arranging catering and technical and running the events on the day.

International Market Researcher

Working front of house in the role of receptionist, delivering a high level of service both internally and externally whilst acting as administrative support to each individual department in the CCD.    Holding the responsibility of maintaining the Service Desk - an operating system that records the daily tasks and delegation of jobs in each area of the building. Raising and closing tickets, ensuring updates are completed within required times. Answering calls in a professional, timely manner and booking meetings when required. Inputting data and raising Purchase Orders when needed.

Business Support Administrator/ Service Desk Administrator

Supporting the Graduate Recruitment and Marketing department throughout their milk round recruitment process. Screening and rating applications, matching graduates to the various service lines within EY, preparing candidates for their interviews and scheduling two rounds of interviews for each candidate. This role also included the administration and maintenance of numerous excel trackers and profiles on the EY Taleo system. Supporting the Graduate Recruitment team with the organisation of various graduate branding and marketing events, including coordination of breakfast and dinner events that were attended by potential employees and senior partners from the various EY service lines.

Key duties for the past five consecutive summers were to aid in the care of 130+ children through the Irish language, time-keeping, designing class-plans, teaching, working as a team and maintaining the head organisational role. I also worked in the kitchen during one of the summers, acquiring culinary skills. 
 During the year I run an Irish youth group on a Wednesday evening for 8-18 year olds to teach Irish through alternative means than classroom lessons.

Ard Cinnire/ Feighle (Leader)/Muinteoir (teacher)

Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Ireland

Examining numerous passport applications a day and deciding whether to approve or reject each, whilst maintaining standards that involved awareness of fraud and urgency. Reaching a quota each day and communicating with both the applicants and the authorities by phone and in person on a daily basis.  Working as a team in an office environment and ensuring that every application was accounted for during the busy holiday times. Following a strict time schedule and assisting in the audit and checking departments equally.

Clerical Officer

Ruth Kilduff manages all marketing initiatives at Odgers Berndtson Ireland, continually innovating with new digital marketing campaigns. Through social media management, analytics and online mediums she creates an interactive space for clients and candidates and looks for novel opportunities to strengthen these relationships. 

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Ruth worked in The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) for 3 years, where she focused primarily on winning international conferences to bring to Ireland while organising, managing and hosting several internal events with conference ambassadors.

Ruth has a legal background with an Undergraduate degree in Law and English. She is also recognised as a digital marketing professional having completed a UCD Professional Diploma in line with the Digital Marketing Institute.
