With more than 2500 active brands & 8 million members in the corporate portfolio, Private Sport Shop is, unquestionably, the european leader on flashsales dedicated to sports. 

I was recruited just prior to my Master's graduation in order to join the company as Buyer on brands on the Fitness (Home Fitness & Cross Training) and Fighting category. 

During my contract with PSS, on one hand, I was in charge of the commercial development :
• Enrich my portfolio with key brands through mail, phone and face-2-face prospection (20 new brands)
• Nurture the corporate relationships already established (sales planning, margin negociations, buying conditions for every campaign, etc.) (+60 brands)
• Weekly and monthly reporting to team leader and management
• European tours (suppliers meeting & trade shows)

On the other hand, I took responsabilities in every flashsale related marketing : 
• Online competitive intelligence (competitive websites, pricing policies, etc.)
• Product selection based on the tastes of our data related client base
• Creation of a coherent pricing strategy
• Data analysis and reporting to my suppliers and managers.

Overall, Private Sport Shop was a great and enriching professionnal envrionnement even if I decided to follow another path.

Being responsible of Marketing and Sales in a growing start-up, I had to take numerous initiatives amongst : 

Establishing the overall growth strategy of InSitio (online & offline) : 
• Outbound Marketing campaigns : cold mailing (mailchimp), Adwords (Facebook, Google, Twitter and Linkedin) & affiliation campaigns
• Inbound Marketing : copy writing & content creation around the real estate and rental market on the affiliated blog www.bailleurologie.fr
• Prospection and operational follow-up of online real estate pure players (Real Estech)
• Lead nurturing on social networks and webinar animation

Mobypark is the specialist of car park sharing in Europe. With this start-up, I was in charge of the business development (B2B) at the european scale : 

Prospection campaign in Europe : France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Swiss and Netherlands. 
• Market study and lead nurturing (airports, train stations and attraction points for tourism)
• Closing of exploitation contracts with hotels and professionnals : 16 new european partners.
• Management of the pool of professionnal car-park affiliates (product page creation, pricing and consulting). 
• Growth Hacking (backlinking, scrapping and cold-mailing...)
• Creation of data reports for our collaborators (Turnover, conversion...)

I was also part of the marketing process and learned about mutliple tools and marketing methods : 
• SEO optimization for mobypark.com
• Creation of ads campaign : Google Adwords and follow-up on Analytics
• Mailing campaigns and Newsletters via MailChimp
• Promotion of our events and produts on Facebook ads

Finally, I created our promotional strategy for the Euro Cup 2016
=> Study of all the fans flows in France during the event, the need of car-parks in towns, the targets and new ways to reach them with ads.

I was in charge of the marketing and organisation of events : 
• Receiving clients and doing customer needs discovery, establishing commercial proposal and organisation of events.
• Coordination of fonctions between clients and inside services
• Team management during Banquet and Seminars (up to 400 guests)

Also, I was in charge of Marketing and PR for Mercure Creolia**** :
• Creation and distribution the material useful for inside and outside promotions.

Bretagne Conseil (www.bretagne-conseil.fr), the Junior-Entreprise of Rennes School of Business is developing an expertise in marketing research consulting, communication and strategy for its clients. 

I was double-hatted as I was project manager and in charge of communication for the association. 
On one hand, I was participating in the consulting missions (business meetings, commercial proposal, follow-up of the projet and final render), on the other hand, I was participating in the internal and external influence through different campaigns (social networks, blog and events). 

Finally, I was in charge of the organisation of the Ille-et-Vilaine office of "Les Négociales".

Following my linguistic exchange in South Africa, I decided to join Mercedes-Benz for a new discovery internship. 

My main mission was to work on the update of the website of Mercedes-Benz Réunion. 
In lockstep, I was assisting the communication about the strategy for the Island (inserts, radio, TV). 

Finally, I did a market study and some competitive intelligence in order to make the best launch for the Mercedes A Class.
