During my college program I took a Human Resources and Organizational Leadership classes offered by Disney. While working at Disney World I worked in two different locations. For a majority of my college program I worked at Epcot for the Flower and Garden Festival. However, since the Flower and Garden Festival only lasted a few months of my program after it ended I was relocated to Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe. Working at Cosmic Ray's improved several of my skills such as time management for many reasons. Mainly, because Cosmic Ray's is the second busiest restaurant all four parks and although it was the busiest restaurant in all four parks I was still expected to complete daily task in a timely matter.

I have been working in this role since October 2023, and I enjoy connecting with potential customers and understanding their needs and challenges.

Before joining Salesforce, I gained valuable experience in sales development at Genesys and Workspot, where I generated and qualified new business opportunities for cloud-based customer experience and desktop solutions. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Reinhardt University, where I learned how to conduct market research, create branding strategies, and apply marketing principles. I am passionate about helping businesses transform their customer journeys and achieve their goals.
