Evaluating, analyzing, and negotiating contractor pricing, rates, factors, and other proposal imputs. Assisting the primary contracting officer (PCO) with Weighted Guide Lines (WGL), rate files, incentive fee arrangements, contract types and schedules. Coordinating with DCAA, DCMA, the offerers/contractors, the program office and the PCO. Ensuring that contract settlements are within statutory and regulatory requirements. Have also assited in developing and implementing an internal system in which automates our incentive contract type graphing abilities.

Cost Estimator/ Operations & Research Anaylst- Cost estimating & analysis support to battle management directorate. I supported CNU Phase I, ELMM, JSuW, Block 40/45, Dragon and NATO LAIRCM. My work on the JSTARS platform supported development & production contract negotiations/awards, funding cuts and EVM analysis.  My AWACS cost support is primarily with the ACAT 1C Block 40/45 program where I provide estimates to funding drills, what-if’s and changes in scope. In addition to cost, I developed and maintained a tool to monitor the buy and install schedules. My NATO support involved an independent cost estimate for LAIRCM, along with NATO Midterm Proposal Pricing Analysis.
