Nice to meet you! I'm Ryan from the Philippines. I am working as a Virtual Assitant at Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. since April 2019 (present). I spent the first 1.5 years helping project-based clients grow their businesses. My responsibilities during this time include customer service, social media management, basic audio, and video editing, appointment setting, lead mining, research CRMs, and graphic designs. On December 2020 (present), I was hired by an incorporating/registered agent company based in Nevada and was assigned to backend tasks. My responsibilities include file management, customer service, processing entity renewal, registration, and dissolutions, creating email campaigns in Keap/Infusionsoft and integrating with other software such as Call Loop and Calendly, creating tracking systems using spreadsheets with advanced conditional formatting and formulas to track revenues, renewal rate, and lead conversion rates. I was able to help streamline the existing process and make it 30% more efficient and easy to understand. I also developed SOPs for the team. I believe that the key to an organization's success relies on the efficiency and consistency of its process.
