Over the last 12 years, I have worked closely with some of the best Technology Companies, Post-Secondary Institutions, Stakeholders and Municipalities in the GTA.  I have gained valuable insight to the inner workings of these companies through our weekly business peer groups, member events and personal dialogues. I get to see first-hand the amazing work that is being created in Ontario.

Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada

Ensure that corporate members and individual representatives receive services that exceed their expectations.

•Initiate membership recruitment and retention programs, recruit and sign-up new members, responsible for a membership base contributing nearly $1 million in annual fees.  Timely A/R management.
•Accurately maintain member relationship database; complete all entries and updates, registrations, tracking and reporting. 
•Support staff and volunteer leadership through effective committee management.
•Manage registrations and organization of major events through marketing and direct calling campaigns, achieving over $500,000 in annual sponsorship revenues.
•Manage member registrations, budgets and programs/speakers; ensure profitability of programs and events, including major conferences and high-worth golf event.

I have gained valuable experience relevant to member-managed organizations, especially the need to keep members connected to their community, understanding of the industry complexity, relationships with government, and regulatory impacts.
