- Responsible for all corporate groups and catering events.
-Responsible for the turned over definite groups to the Convention Services Office.
-Proficient and skilled at completing banquet event orders, group resumes, rooming lists coordination with Group Reservations, group transportation needs and conduct formal Pre-Convention and Post-Convention meetings with clients if needed.

-Responsible for all corporate catering events with 25 people or more with under 10 guestrooms peak, as well as all social markets to include weddings, rehearsal dinners, proms, birthday celebrations and high school dances.  Detailed all events.
-Worked directly with the Director of Catering and Convention Services and the Director of Sales & Marketing to forecast catering food, beverage, room rental, audio visual and guestroom revenue.
-Created unique and customized catering and menu proposals for clients, conducted thorough, personalized and comprehensive client site visits, detailed event orders working with audio visual, engineering, banquets and culinary and met personally with clients once on-site of the newly renovated meeting space and guestrooms.

Crowne Plaza Fort Lauderdale

-Responsible for all Catering & Convention Services food, beverage, room rental and group blocks with meeting space for the Crowne Plaza Fort Lauderdale Airport / Cruise Port and the Holiday Inn Express Fort Lauderdale Airport / Cruise Port.
-Worked directly with clients to detail all aspects of the programs turned over to Convention Services as well as all Catering programs by generating the banquet event orders, coordinated all details to the Culinary, Banquet and Set-Up Teams, arranged pre-convention and post-convention meetings and ensured successful events once on-site for all Convention Services and Catering clients.
-Implemented standard operating procedures in regards to best practices and rapid responses to new leads, created new catering menus with the Executive Chef to increase average checks and improve food cost.

- Exceeded 2011 sales goal by 118% and 2010 sales goal by 112% and 2007 sales goal by 124%. 
Achieved an overall group ranking of 10th in all Omni Hotels & Resorts in overall service and satisfaction in 2011 based on Medallia, a nationally known customer satisfaction rating system.  
- Successfully facilitated and coordinated the IPO private events for Zynga, Yelp and Groupon.
- Responsible for the solicitation of new catering accounts, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and overseeing all corporate markets to include:  Financial, Accounting, Banking, Law, Consulting, Food and Beverage, Real Estate, Engineering Services and Government.

Omni San Francisco offers 362 newly refurbished guestrooms and 12,000 square feet of historic downtown meeting space in the heart of the Financial District.  Maximum capacity is 200 people for a banquet event.  Omni San Diego offers 511 newly refurbished guestrooms and 27,000 square feet of state of the art downtown meetings space across from the San Diego Convention Center and connected via sky bridge to Petco Ballpark, home of the San Diego Padres.  Maximum capacity is 500 for a banquet event.

Exceeded 2005 sales goal by 187.6%, resulting in a total increase for catering and banquet revenue of 54% over 2004’s actual revenue.
Managed a $1.9 million P&amp;L in Catering and Convention Services revenue and increased margins by 64% over previous year. 
Service all banquet functions turned over by Hotel Sales by generating a group resume, the banquet event orders and meeting with clients once on-site utilizing 12,500 square feet of meeting space and 272  guestrooms.  Maximum capacity is 300 for a banquet event.
