As a realtor and real estate attorney, I help people with all things real estate. I teach real estate classes to Realtors, loan officers, title companies, and real estate investors. I own two real estate companies and help run a law firm, where I practice real estate and business law. I regularly advise 100+ brokers and agents. On the legal side, brokers have come to me personally to fix real estate problems with property valued at $10,000,000+. I've worked on complex real estate and commercial litigation cases in a few U.S. states, at various appellate levels, and I started doing that work over 10 years ago. On the real estate side, I've had people come to me for transactions in the $100,000,000+ range, including project across the U.S. My real estate tax knowledge has also drawn people's interest. Clients have come to me for tax advice on the sale of property worth $100,000,000+. Some of my clients will pay about $0 in income tax. (It's actually pretty simple and still possible for regular people of nearly any income bracket in 2023.) My goals: 1. Help everyone invest. Everyone who buys a home is a real estate investor, whether they know it or not. By explicitly and intentionally investing, you maximize your returns. I'm deeply passionate about real estate because owning investment properties has a huge, long-lasting impact on wealth. Real estate has been and continues to be the best and most accessible route to building wealth and financial freedom. 2. Help business owners and established investors. I've helped institutional real estate investors, done commercial work, and helped business owners buy and sell their business, and I would love to do more of that! 3. Help regular home buyers and sellers get the best deal possible. 4. Help law clients. I specialize in real estate and business law. Though, my law firm is essentially full service.
