Full PNL accountability and management of a global distribution-strategy across a growing portfolio of beauty brands at The Hut Group:  Ameliorate, Christophe Robin, ESPA Skincare, Eyeko, Grow Gorgeous, Illamasqua, Mama-Mio and Mio-Skincare. 

•	Direct ownership of +£75m Revenue in FY2018.
•	Direct line-management of channel Heads across brand and commercial structure.
•	Strategic management of the brands ecom presence by-market, aligning (and optimising) within a varied distribution landscape for each brand, successfully launching multiple international locales.
•	Immediate line-manager to ‘Heads of’ Territory across the portfolio's core wholesale markets – UK, US, EU and Asia, including localised Operations, Training and in-store activation teams (VM/Events).
•	Senior relationship holder across all key-partners/brand-touchpoints, including direct relationships across an established network of strategic distributor markets – UAE, SE Asia, Russia and EU.
•	Strategic management of the brands OMNI-channel launch into China, via cross-border platform(s), Tmall-flagship and KOL activation.
•	Senior member of the divisional Merger & Acquisition team, responsible for channel due-diligence, integration of successful M&A and relationship management across inherited teams and Founder(s).  Covering 8-acquistions within a 3-year period.
•	New business lead, responsible for driving new commercial and incremental revenue channels/partnerships.

Managing Director / Global Sales Director - THG Brands.

Full PNL ownership of the groups full-price and ‘luxury’ apparel fascia’s, including the flagship www.coggles.com.  Full accountability for a revenue +£30m and a divisional team across buying, PR, trading (online) and digital-marketing channels.  

•	Senior relationship holder across key brand relationships and buying groups, driving on-going development of a prestigious brand-profile.  
•	Direct line-management of 'channel' Head(s) across Buying, Marketing and Trading (ecom), responsible for global commercial growth and brand-development, spanning UK, EU and Asia.
•	Directly responsible for the transition of the groups flagship and namesake site, www.thehut.com, from ‘off-price’ to a Luxury, multi-category offer across apparel, home and beauty.  Working closely with the brands pre-launch to reassure around a huge leap-of-faith in the new environment on-site.
•	Defining and managing a localised trading strategy by key-territory, with bespoke content, social and product offering.  Partnering with in-house logistics teams around local freight partnerships and logistics to ensure best in-class consumer experience and service.
•	Key figurehead across the sites external partnerships, including Hearst Magazine Group and numerous trade-marketing link-ups.

Managing Director - Luxury Division

Reporting in to CEO, directly led the integration of the www.coggles.com fascia from acquisition (post-administration).  Prioritising the development of an experienced buying-function in-driving industry confidence quickly and providing reassurance around any uncertainty to new ownership.  

Full accountability of ensuring that end-customer service was upheld, from customer experience, to on-site loyalty. 

Full accountability for brand recruitment and successful management of buying budgets.

Founder of independent menswear store and website, Shed.  Launched following a successful career in apparel retail and wholesale, including Sales Manager roles at Selfridges and Harvey Nichols and ‘Key-Account’ wholesale management (London-based) across a denim-brand portfolio.  Sole responsibility for PNL management, buying and external relationships.
