As a key member of the CWT brand team, I serve as one of the guardians of the CWT brand, ensuring its integrity and consistency across all platforms. My role encompasses a diverse range of design responsibilities, including creating visually compelling content for print, digital, and social media.

In this capacity, I:

I work in the Learning Design Studio. The team produces innovative and creative learning and development for all colleagues, for all business in the Co-op.

I'm the sole Graphic Designer within the design studio. I'm responsible for the management of my own workload and time, I can effectively project manage through software such as Trello (KANBAN app) which I consider to be vital for my position. I'm always looking for opportunities to implement the agile style of working when cooperating with the wider team to encourage innovation and creative collaboration. Operating in this way enables me and those involved to work with maximum efficiency and minimal risk, whilst providing dynamic options for projects.

I support Learning Designers with their ideas and designs. This involves providing advice and practical support with software tips, developing and testing ideas, creating assets (illustrations or photos), producing supporting material like posters, and giving advice on brand guidelines. 

I interpret briefs from the wider team (Leadership, support, and research) to bring life to their needs with enthusiasm and creativity. One example of this is working on a project called LeadFest which was a 6 week, development center for all leaders within the Co-op Food. I was responsible for all the aesthetics and quality of the festival design as well as producing all supporting material. The success of Leadfest meant that the original idea of a single one-off festival was changed to be an annual event. We are now into our 4th year. Due to coronavirus the 4th year is now all digital.

SeekLife Ltd was a positive fashion brand I founded in 2019.

I wanted to create a brand that had a real meaning to it when you were wearing the brand. I wanted to bring a positive message to my customers and for people who saw it out and about. A message of positivity that bad things happen in life but when we are down, remember that life carries on and things can and will get better.

As much as I loved creating a brand and seeing people wearing my clothing and spreading positivity, I struggled in terms of the business side of things. Yes, great at creating the brand but when It came at taking it to the next steps with scaling it and just the sheer amount of things on my to-do list was quite overwhelming. I have reflected and realised that I learned so much. It was a steep learning curve but I loved learning more about myself and what I'd do differently.

Working in the Corporate Communications and HR office I create new material for the frontline officers, major operations and corporate events. As the Marketing Assistant I am responsible for social media, campaigns and events.

Producing camapigns from start to finish. From the inital idea, through to planning, concept and launch. I helped design a campaign called Operation Shield. I designed the logo, posters, outdoor advertisements, handouts and the photoshoot direction. This was a very time pressured campaign, for example I had 3 hours to design the logo.

• Understanding brand guidelines and implementing them into my designs
• Design from concept to print/web this includes booklets, leaflets, posters and event banners and web banners
• Organising work flow with manager and implementing a time table for work

Assisting the senior graphic designer on a variety of complex bespoke projects, creating merchandise and package designs for The Football Association and numerous sports clubs.

- Understanding brand guidelines and implementing them into packaging designs and merchandise - Photographing the merchandise and uploading content to company website and designing website banners
- Managing club accounts from first draft to approval to sending artwork off to the factories
- Answering queries from clients and ensuring requirements are catered to
- Designing in-house documents such as brochures
