Ryan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dagangan, a digital platform that empowers rural and suburban communities in Indonesia through a distribution network that connects them with urban markets and suppliers. He has over 5 years of experience in leading and growing this social enterprise, which aims to bridge the economic gap and create opportunities for inclusive and sustainable development. Ryan is also an eFounders Fellow, a prestigious program by UNCTAD and Alibaba Group that supports 1000 entrepreneurs in developing countries to become catalysts for the digital transformation in their home countries. He is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to solve social and environmental challenges, as well as sharing his insights and expertise with other aspiring founders around the globe. Before founding Dagangan, Ryan was the CEO of SUN Energy, the largest solar company in Indonesia, and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and Accenture. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Business Management from Prasetiya Mulya University.
