Ryan co-founded Capitol Corporate Housing LLC in 2020, a new corporate housing venture oriented on the Washington D.C. metro area with two other co-founders (partners).

Position Overview: The Director of Real Estate and Relocation, is responsible for meeting profitable performance requirements, driving new and managing current Relocation business, and handling the daily operations of the Relocation team. In this role, the Director of Real Estate and Relocation will oversee a team of dedicated real estate relocation professionals that will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting homes, along with connecting our clients to the proper services along the way.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining an active Real Estate License
• Responsible for creating an all-in-one solution for clients that are relocating, which would include: listing homes for sale, assisting clients through the entire transaction of buying a home, finding unfurnished rentals for when our clients short term accommodation ends, and connecting our clients to our partner services during the relocation process.
• Manage and grow existing relocation and affinity business relationships
• Develop and drive processes that optimize the internal productivity and profitability
• Participate in the identification, feasibility analysis and negotiation of real estate acquisitions  
• Direct activities with title company, Home Inspectors, Well and septic Inspectors, Termite Inspector, Radon Inspector, attorneys, architects, engineers, and other consultants that are related to real estate transactions.
• Monitor and assure timely completion of the investment and development within the established budget, schedule and required investment returns. 
• Understand and negotiate all aspects of lease agreements to determine the impact of each lease on the value of each development/investment.

Position Overview
To oversee the day-to-day sales and operations of DC / Maryland / Virginia. The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the company’s market level operations while delivering a relentless approach and focus to our Teammates, the guest experience and pursuit of revenue.    This position is results oriented, requiring knowledge and experience in a wide variety of disciplines, with focuses shared between building business through client relations and managing the business with internal resources once it is booked. Director of Operations - Mid-Atlantic

The primary responsibility of the Assistant General Manager is to contribute to the overall success of their BridgeStreet market by assuring the highest quality of accommodations and customer satisfaction. Their main responsibilities include training and managing the operations and inside sales teams. The AGM will also be involved with sales planning, goal setting, and managerial follow-up for the market team. The Assistant General Manager will have final authority to approve all sales proposals that differ from the standard rate card. Financial responsibilities include expense budgeting, forecasting, and meticulous execution. Financial responsibilities will also include occupancy management through savvy decision-making on apartment inventory (authorizing opening and terminations of apartment leases). •	Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with PC and laptop configurations, network connectivity, printers, and peripherals. Position is client facing.
•	Proven track record of providing a high-level of customer satisfaction and ability to meet service level agreements.
•	Determine business requirements and implement the appropriate in-house custom solutions or utilize a commercially off-the-shelf vendor product
•	Maintain a business continuity plan which ensures that backup systems and file recovery systems are maintained appropriately.
