I’m a chronically-curious recruitment entrepreneur, community builder and confidant to senior executives that takes a design approach to helping the world's most future-forward companies build marketing and design teams. As a former strategic planner, I am an avid enthusiast of new strategic frameworks, design thinking, emerging technology, and social impact. To feed these interests and my love of international affairs and cross-cultural collaboration, I’m a regular attendee and side event organizer at SXSW, the UN General Assembly in NYC, the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and other high-level innovation and impact events around the globe. When I am not working, I like to spend my time hosting interdisciplinary nontraditional dinner parties of highly accomplished "strangers who need to know each other" - called The Most Interesting Dinner Party In The World; organizing The Gathering- a private community and event series of interdisciplinary creatives and business leaders; and writing poetry inspired by conversation fragments overheard in public spaces.
