Staffing & leading a revenue team at Affinio focused on developing partnerships with advertising, media, communications, and marketing agencies.

In parallel with the Agency business, I closed & now manage our largest strategic account.

Account Executive

I joined Affinio as the first true 'sales' employee (employee #4 at Affinio), reporting to John Gleeson, VP Business Development (employee #1). In this role, I managed our sales funnel end-to-end, serving at one point as an SDR, AE, and CSM from outreach to close through to post-sale support. In between, I attended and spoke at startup & marketing-focused conferences & events. Underlying all of these efforts was perpetual experimentation: testing new business and pricing models (i.e. ad hoc vs. SaaS - the latter upon which we ultimately settled), optimizing messaging & talk-tracks, and gathering product and market feedback to share with our leadership, development and marketing teams in order to build our go-to-market strategy. 

Post series-A raise (US $3.5M+), John headed up our newly established customer success team and I carved out the first Account Executive position, officially establishing Affinio's sales team.

Helped manage and performed P&L analysis for 80+ concurrent projects and 300+ resources within a PMO set up to service a major Canadian financial institution ($500M+ contract). Analysis of resource utilization rates and subsequent recommendations resulted in material efficiency gains across multiple projects.
