Retired Army Officer after over 20 years, one peacekeeping deployment, three combat deployments, and multiple assignments and command.  Leading teams of 3 people to 489 people.  My legacy is my command (leading and managing over 200 people) and being director of recruitment (Green to Gold) with over 200-scholarships and contracts (placements) personally made in a span of 2-years.   Being a combat advisor and helping the Iraqi Army (11th Infantry Division) to force generate from 90 staff officers to over 9,000 strong in less than a year.  This required strategic recruiting initiatives, planning, and coordination with the Iraqi Ministry of Defense and other high-level stakeholders.   Being dual hatted as a battalion executive officer and chief of operations for a brigade support battalion (managing over 489 people) during reset (and core leader displacement to Afghanistan) leading the organization from red to green in 12 months.   Working with over 120 contractors and government civilian service employees to oversee a multi-million dollar computer and instrumentation system including its integrated equipment at the U.S. Army’s premier training facility:  The National Training Center (NTC).  Advisor to a OC/T battalion and later served as their BN S3/XO.   Awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal x 2, Meritorious Service Medal x 3, Army Commendation Medal x many, Army Achievement Medal x many, and much more.   Other:  Order of Samuel Sharpe.

Our approach to recruiting is founded on three basic tenets:  listening to people, understanding their motives, and mastering the markets in which they conduct business.
