As an original member of Tonic Ticketing, I played an integral role in developing this software into one of the leading ticketing platforms in the UK, leading to the acquisition of the business by The Access Group in November 2017.

Being an original member of this team meant wearing multiple hats. 

Sales
- Sourcing and approaching leads, new business and building a pipeline, cold calling, face to face meetings and pitches.

Account Management/Customer Success
- Managing my own client accounts, providing advice and training to current clients ensuring continued business.

Product Development
- Assisting with testing, contributing to improvements and having regular meetings with the development team.

Management
- Responsible for the growth, training, performance and ongoing development of the Tonic Ticketing team.

Responsible for the overall managing and coordinating of the activities of the hotel to achieve financial targets and providing effective leadership and development of the venue team.

Responsibilities included:
- Achieving sales & monthly profit targets, whilst maintaining budgeted expenses.
- Managing and marketing monthly products in an effective manner to target correct clientele.
- Liasing with brand managers and sales professionals to optimise marketing goals and revenue targets.
- Motivsting, coaching and developing up to 40 staff.
- Gaining strong knowledge of alcohol products and effective sales pitch.
- Administrative skills and budget control including return on investment and profit and loss.
- Consistent communication with marketing, PR and advertising personal to drive sales.
- Effective use of online presence with website and social media control.
- Reporting and analysis of statistics and financial figures.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction & service standards are maintained in all areas of the venue.
