The work involves the design and build of a new Railway Heritage Quarter Museum including the refurbishment of Grade II listed buildings, a new live engineering shed and an immersive experience building which will feature holograms of trains as well as static displays, a café and shop, new public realm, parking provision and a railway themed children’s play area.

Using my lived experience to shape The Careers & Enterprise’s work and support with our messaging through blogs, videos etc. Develop an increased awareness of the careers programmes and support that young people are entitled to. Represent the Careers & Enterprise Company at important engagements. Discuss with The Careers & Enterprise Company how the Youth Advisory Group can further support the organisation’s activities.

Member of the Youth Ambassador Group at Youth Employment Group. We are a group of 16-24 year olds volunteering to help tackle youth employment barriers young people experience. I will help in supporting young people to develop their skills and confidence to reach their full potential. Creating a platform for all young people to share their experiences, barriers and challenges to employment whilst developing youth-led solutions. While supporting organisations to develop youth friendly policies and procedures, creating more opportunities for young people. Make contributions to the national policy work of Youth Employment UK.

Brand ambassador programme which involves putting my ideas forward, collaborating with so many new people while promoting the business so more young people can get involved. 
Though out the programme i will create and share social media content, write blogs about my experiences, create email campaigns and promoting Young Professionals events and opportunities.

I am a 17 year old Apprentice Build Manager at Willmott Dixon. I am gaining hands on industry experience in construction working with industry professionals while gaining my qualifications.

I currently work with lots of companies like Careers & Enterprise Company, The Edge Foundation and many more as a youth advisor/ambassador. I attend lots of events and meetings with these companies to make sure that youth voice is at the centre of the decisions being made around young peoples education. Students are expected to make potential life changing decisions based on our careers at such a young age, that we don’t know a lot about, and this is something I’d like to help change.

I aspire to be an ambassador for women and young people in industry. If people would like to collaborate and discuss opportunities I would be more than happy to connect.
