As a PhD student, I was involved in marking, as well as outreach activities such as summer school courses. 

This involved marking and tutoring two second year tutorial groups, and marking for a third year module. 

During the summer, I was involved in various outreach activities, from working on filming publicity materials and photographing events, as well as two summer school courses as a demonstrator. 
In addition I gave a research talk for one of the summer school cohorts.

As a PhD student in the School of Computer Science I have been assisting the school's teaching activities. Such as, marking, tutorials, and demonstrating in the lab. 
Currently involved in:
- Tutorial and marking for CS2002 (Computer Systems) module
- Demonstration sessions for 2nd years

Part-time 6 months research assistant position working on building demonstration testbed for Identifier-Locator Network Protocol (ILNP) project under the supervision of Prof. Saleem Bhatti. 

The demonstration testbed is aimed to be a more accessible testbed to experiment and run tests using ILNP on Linux and FreeBSD.

Project is paused due to the impacts of another lockdown.

As a PhD student in the School of Computer Science I have been assisting the school's teaching activities. Such as, marking, vetting exercise sheets in lab sessions, substituting for tutorials and demonstrating in the lab. 

I have assisted marking for the following modules:
- CS1003 - Programming with Data
- CS2002 - Advanced Computer Science
- CS3102 - Data Communications and Computer Networks - Group Presentation
- CS3301 - Component Technologies - Message Oriented Middleware Practical 

I have demonstrated for 2 semesters of lab sessions in CS2003 "Advanced Internet Programming" module.

I have worked on prototyping and development of hybrid mobile app on ionic framework.
One of the prototype includes showing overlay on camera preview.

I explored different tracing solutions for micro-service architecture, trying to choose the appropriate solution.

Software Engineer Internship

During this internship, I have worked closely with quality assurance team at the Edinburgh office working on the followings:
- Investigating ways to capture/process HTTPS traffic using MITMProxy
- Different parameters in HTTP transactions for anomaly detection
- Implementing dashboard page for QE test results
- Investigate how anomaly detection could be done using HTTP traffic captured

Software Engineering Intern

During this intern, I have helped develop 'pain recording' app for patients to keep track of their symptoms. 
I was implementing data driven app on iOS using Framework7, Handlebars, RequireJs with provided UI designed by other student.

Software Development Intern

Munich International School

As a member of IT team at the Munich International School, I have assisted number of staffs and assisted maintenance of 400+ MacBooks used by Students during the term time.

Assistant Technical Support

I assisted school's IT support team repairing, and carrying out general maintenance on MacBooks used for 1:1 Programme. I have also assisted induction sessions for staff joining the school to familiarise themselves with the system along with preparing new computers for them.
