Heroez is the first community-led esports team in the world, gathering their fans to manage main strategic decisions. 

Launched in September 2022, we are now part of the best teams in Europe on Apex Legends and are launching on Valorant in 2024. We are using blockchain technology to empower the fans and to create a more sustainable ecosystem for our players and our community. 

We launched 500-token sales in Sept. 2022 in order to fund the genesis team and get our initial fanbase. 
We are also the first team in the world to have its own metaverse experience being released in 2024, after receiving a $250k investment.

Our LAND ecosystem is the core token environment from The Sandbox and is composed of 166,464 tokens launched in waves. 
I took the direction of the LAND ecosystem in order to better structure and optimize the business strategy:
- Guaranteeing the stability of our NFT ecosystem, leading the LAND sales (our virtual assets), representing 50% of the revenues of the company in 2022 and 2023,
- Launching 10+ LAND Sales involving top-tier worldwide partners (Gucci, Faze Clan, Paris Hilton, PlayBoy, The Walking Dead, Peaky Blinders, Warner Music, Ubisoft) over 12 months,
- Coordinating the business development team with 12 people (US, China, Japan, S.Korea, Thailand, Europe, SEA, Singapore and more) in order to deliver the new areas on the map, signing licensing deals and direct sales,
- Imagining the future neighborhoods to be developed and the Go-To-Market strategy for each area,
- Improving the business model of the LAND ecosystem with new token mechanics to implement a more powerful ecosystem.

The Sandbox is one of the leading metaverse, allowing builders to create amazing experiences from concerts, games, social hubs. Every brand can now emphasize their own world through the lense of a 3D customizable character.

As Operations Manager, my main roles are the following: 
- Helping grew the team from 70 to 450 people across 8+ locations around the world,
- Implementing a new CRM (Hubspot) and PPM tool (Monday) to better organize all our teams,
- Reworked the org chart to propose a relevant business structure,
- Maintaining sync between Production, Business, Finance and Marketing departments,
- Gathering a network of 30+ external suppliers with annual spending of $30m+

KYKLOS allows gamers to find similar teammates based both on their technical skills and also on their mindset. Meaning, we create automatically the profile thanks to player's performance on their respective games and we define a psychological profile through qualitative questions. 
Eventually, we reward user's played time while playing with his team. He collects a virtual currency that can be exchanged into discounts on items on our marketplace. 

Signed partnerships with Riot Games Europe to structure their amateur esport scene and with Asus, to deliver great products at a cool price to our community.

¬	Designed new KPIs to follow daily users’ activity linked with revenues, playtime and their consuming behaviour in order to forecast the future performance of the company

¬	Completed a large analysis on a new video game segment: e-sport, in order to understand whether entering the branch or not (competition overview, potential P&L structure, market forecasts, market sizing)

Strategic Development Manager

Amaris is an IT and Engineering Consulting firm which was created in 2007 and now reaches a global turnover of €500M. As the company is located in more than 40 countries, they have to strenghten their position to become a key stakeholder. To do so, the management team decided to open a new business unit in Mauritius. I went there to implement the accounting department.
- Redefined the accounting processes
- Implemented the new accounting and sales administration platform in Mauritius
- Managed and recruited the new sales administration team
- Elaborated the Key Performance Indicators of the sales administrators
- Designed the future needs of the platform (in terms of recruitment, scope of actions)
- Lead the creation of an internal accounting/invoicing software
