Jaisimha brings over 20 years of Corporate commercial real estate experience to Cresa India and currently works as its Executive Director based out of Bangalore in South India. His expertise includes Real Estate Strategic Advice, Negotiations, Deal Structuring, built-to-suit transactions, Sale & lease back and Lease buy back transactions, Valuations, Market Research, Relocation and Portfolio Consolidations. He has travelled & worked extensively in many locations and has strong market knowledge of active Indian real estate markets including Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune. Operating from Bangalore office, he overlooks the provision of corporate real estate advisory services throughout India. As a tenant’s advocate, Jaisimha is focused on adding value to each of the transactions that he gets involved with an eye for detailing. His forte has been managing international relationships, building high-performance teams to support client initiatives and guiding the overall strategy for the company. His skills have helped him foster new business relationships and contribute to the success of firm’s continued growth. He is passionate about creating meaningful strategies that positively impact clients’ corporate real estate portfolios. Prior to joining Cresa India, Jaisimha served as Director with API Global India, a US based real estate consultancy firm. He directed the company’s tenant representation business on a national basis for about 8 years. Before that he worked at key senior positions with US based International property consultancy firms CRESA and Insignia Brooke as well as with Can Fin Homes Ltd, a mortgage finance company promoted by a nationalized bank. Jaisimha has completed his diploma and B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Bangalore and is a Member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR, USA), Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, UK) and Member of Institution of Valuers, India.
