I'm an experienced sales and business management professional, passionate about team leadership and client success, with more than 20 years of work experience, 12 of which occupying senior management positions in IT, professional services and social network companies such as LinkedIn, SAP, Ariba, IBM and PwC. I spent the first half of my career in management consulting, enabling me to build a solid business acumen foundation, as well as the ability to design, plan and implement transformation projects. During this period I was an expat for 3 years, living in 3 different countries in Latin America. Then I migrated to the IT SaaS industry with sales management roles, service delivery management roles or general management roles, in companies ranging from smaller start-ups to larger multinational corporations, each with their unique environments and challenges. During this period I had the opportunity to lead large teams (+80 people), and to build a positive track record of achieving and overachieving targets over the years. I hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Escola Politécnica - University of São Paulo (USP), a postgraduate degree in Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and a number of further specialization, management and leadership courses.
