I was very fortunate to work as an IT consultant with the designation of Planning,Monitoring and Evaluation in Women EMPOWERMENT and Child Development Department Of Uttarakhand. I was the part of the State Project Management Unit in Directorate and closely worked with the Secretorate of Uttarakhand for the same Department.Closely worked with skill development and health ministry of Uttarakhand in order to Empower the AWW's and government officials with the manpower of more than 20000.Successfully rolled out Commcare application(It can be searched with same name in Google play store) in entire Uttarakhnd which has 13 districts,105 blocks divisions along with 597 villages.Handled the Finance/Nutrition over there as well. Primarily I have worked as a Subject Matter Expert of Operations in Exl.pvt.lmt in Noida and crafted there IT team/Migration Team/MIS team along with Training Department.Also served Axis bank as Assistant Manager and handled the forex department along with operations and sales. I know how to empower the team in order to serve any organization in a better way. I know how to handle the objections wisely. I know how to empower the operations department along with Migration with people oriented approach.#Life is game of sense only. I am a seeker and exploring every uniqueness that I have in order to craft any organization along with my Holy Nation Bharat( India).I embrace everything because I do not have any discrimination in my mind.#Life is all about keep looking deeper into the process because there is always a better way to do the things. Some of my interests are Nation Crafting🙏/✍️ writing/Cooking/Singing/Public Speaking with sense/Traveling and exploring my life at its fullest potential.I am gonna be a worthy example for any organization because I know how to work with full Devotion and Involvement.
