At Careem (an Uber subsidiary), I'm managing product experience pertaining to the customer contact resolution. This includes: 
- Chalking out policies for all the markets where Careem operates
- Experimentation for various use-cases on customer contact and resolution journeys
- Being on a constant look-out for problems to address, thus targeting uptake on the key KPIs in line with the organisational goals such CSAT, Retention, Cost efficiency, etc.
- Leading the product related roadmap for Care Resolution squad
- Spearheading the applications used by care agents for resolving incoming customer contact
- Leading the end to end automation for customer resolution, to enable annual savings of up to a $1million
- Managing an agile team of engineers, domain experts and UX designers while working in mob to solve for the problems which require the engagement of the whole team - the outcome being a deliverable which is accepted and approved by all the team members, helping to reduce feedback incorporations
- Giving out presentations to the Careem leadership on areas I'm responsible for
- Collaborating and communicating with all the stakeholders for cross functional problem solving 
- Leading the sprint plannings, backlog management and prioritisation to focus delivery of organisational goals in due time

Product Owner in Platform Development & Innovations Team
• Key products that I owned as part of IRIS (Enterprise System): Card Issuance System, ATM driving, Ops front-end suite
• Independently analyze and gather business requirements and design new product functionalities in collaboration with stakeholders
• Definition of project-related business and (non-) functional requirements in form of epics, user stories and tasks with acceptance criteria

Systems (Implementation) Engineer

During my nine(9) months in Liberia, I performed the implementation of the National Switch of Liberia and successfully certified and connected four member-banks on board. A consultant for Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) with respect to the electronic payment systems with consultation to CBL, telcos, commercial banks, microfinance banks, utility companies etc.
