- Hire #1 - tasked with building, managing and leading a team of 15 BDR's for the North
 American/Canadian Expansion of Enable. 
- Scaled the team from 1 to 40 BDR, 2 team leads and successfully helped create a Commercial Acount Executive team.
- Lead training for the entire BDR org and introduced a new qualification methodology which was implemented across the organization. 
- Introduced video prospecting and implemented Vidyard at the organization.
