- Responsible for attracting, training, and retaining talent. 
- Over the course of my tenure I managed 11 A.E and 10 BDRs. 
- Formulated talk tracks and scripts using proven sales methodology leading to 60% conversion.

- Lead Partnerships alongside marketing and locked-in partnerships with brands like Pavillion, JB Sales, Kevin Dorsey, Sales Assembly, and 30 Minutes To Presidents Club. Creating a further qualified pipeline of $ 2 million.

- Hire #1 - tasked with building, managing and leading a team of 15 BDR's for the North
 American/Canadian Expansion of Enable. 
- Scaled the team from 1 to 40 BDR, 2 team leads and successfully helped create a Commercial Acount Executive team.
- Lead training for the entire BDR org and introduced a new qualification methodology which was implemented across the organization. 
- Introduced video prospecting and implemented Vidyard at the organization. 
- Assisted marketing I  creating new lead categories which I creased BDR bookings by 22% in Q2 fd 2021. 
- Interviewed over 50 candidates and BDR's including 2 team lead hires. 
- Set-up processes and frame-work for Enable's North American expansion resulting in the companies first ever b2b $1000,000.00 ARR quarters.
