- Responsible for attracting, training, and retaining talent. 
- Over the course of my tenure I managed 11 A.E and 10 BDRs. 
- Formulated talk tracks and scripts using proven sales methodology leading to 60% conversion.
- Built the Sales onboarding program and managed enablement.
- Built a foundation for lead tracking and distribution (tech implementation and process).

- Lead Partnerships alongside marketing and locked-in partnerships with brands like Pavillion, JB Sales, Kevin Dorsey, Sales Assembly, and 30 Minutes To Presidents Club. Creating a further qualified pipeline of $ 2 million.

 American/Canadian Expansion of Enable. 
- Scaled the team from 1 to 40 BDR, 2 team leads and successfully helped create a Commercial Acount Executive team.
