PMO Manager ensures selection of the right mix of Initiatives/Projects within the wider Portfolio of Initiatives by prioritizing, portfolio balancing, defining resource requirements and managing the dependencies among the different projects.

Closely cooperates with the Global Heads, Executive Management, NAV and Strategic Initiatives Evaluation area to bring unit-level plans and budgets in line with strategy.

Overseeing the delivery of the Initiatives by developing and deploying the correct methodology and process, as well as implementing Project and Program Management standardization and best practices

Defines the operational risks associated with the delivery of Initiatives / Projects and identifies mitigation measures in collaboration with Initiatives leaders. 

Responsible for monitoring and reporting quarterly to top Management / Board on action plans execution, resource allocation, KPIs advancement, and associated risks

Responsible for taking forward key cross-function special projects in line with the strategy and Board priorities
