I am responsible for managing connections between Basware and other e-invoice operators globally. That includes creating new connections, upkeeping the existing connections, communication and problem solving. I work closely with our R&D department to implement new invoicing standards and customer specific solutions. I am the representative for Basware in the Finnish e-invoice operator forum where we create common rules and practices within the e-invoicing industry in Finland.

Senior Technical Service Specialist, Network Services

I worked as a project manager to create the automation principles for transaction error handling in the Basware Business Transactions environment. The system processes over 100 million invoices per year, so the automation of errors is critical to the success of the company. This task included the documentation of all possible errors in the system, creating monitoring guidelines and training global support. My other tasks included day-to-day monitoring, bug reporting, fixing problems and co-operating with the support department.

I consulted service managers on e-invoice technical solutions in key customer projects, also directly in contact with customers. This included solving high priority problems, grading and prioritization of bugs and new features in JIRA. I also provided technical consulting to presales.
