Hi, my name is Sabatina. A Digital Project Manager with a passion for translating ideas and projects into tangible results! As a South African Native & Portuguese Citizen, I am passionate about helping others produce the best possible products through strategy, support, and adaptability, understanding that these are KEY factors that assist all teams in performing and growing a business. I began my career journey through a strong presence in sales and transitioned into management with a keen interest in building new products and brands. I have managed over 15+ successful brand & product launches with a variety of stakeholders and teams, demonstrating my versatility within a management role. I have utilized my knowledge of Agile Methodologies and applied this to all the projects I have managed. My application of KANBAN, Scrum and Agile has awarded me the edge to produce well-executed launches and afforded my teams the opportunity to work with product launch budgets over 10 Mil+. As for my future, I hope to one day work as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in a Tech environment. Ensuring the best quality product is produced with a diverse & devoted team. In my free time, you can find me engulfed in anything Fitness, Fashion, Lifestyle & NFT related. My hunger for knowledge and information has sent me down many rabbit holes. This is my new obsession!
