Duties/Responsibilities: 
•Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
•Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
•To prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
•Coordinate directly with the factory and the distributors for smooth delivery of products.
•Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
•Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
•Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
•Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
•Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
•Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
•Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
•Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
•Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
•Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Administration:
•Prepare monthly work plan for the Nursing Bridge Program and implement the activities as per approved work plan. 
•Monitor and supervise the activities of both the Nursing Bridge Program and finance. 
•Analyze the client flow both in the field and clinic levels and advice supervisor counselor, program faculties of related field and help implement steps for improving client flow both field and clinic especially when there is a low performance. 
•Facilitate and develop the field program strategy and take initiative for continuous assessment of different locations and target population. 
•Compile program documents and keep program track recording;
•Collect data and information required for Proposal and Donors;
Training:
•Closely monitor and assist the performance of the supervisor and peer educator and ensure the effective and efficient use of resources. 
•Responsible for overseeing the training element of the project.
•The coordination of activities concerned with the development and implementation of the project, and to monitor and evaluate the training as a whole.
Development/Implementation:
•To develop with the Chief Executive Officer the Training Strategy of the Nursing Bridge Program, and to define the objectives for external training provision.
•To ensure the training objectives are met.
•To develop and maintain relationships up to and including at Senior Management level in Nursing Bridge Program training stakeholders’ organizations.

Monitoring and Evaluation
•To consult with all project partners and develop appropriate monitoring and evaluation systems for the training element
•To complete regular reviews of training programmes and produce performance reports in accordance with project requirements

Recruitment, Selection and Induction Process:

•To be aware of current vacancies and to respond to and screen telephone and walk-in inquiries.  
•Assisted with Background Checks in line with job offers at the company.
•Categorized arrangements for Human Resources Manager when obligatory.

Human Resources Administration:

•Compiled new job contracts for internal changes in status, transfers and promotions before the effective date and ensure via a tracking system that these new contracts have been signed before effective date.
•rack all internal movements and report quarterly percentages to Director of Human Resources.
•Knowledgeable of the Labor Code and advising Associates of conditions.
•File all payroll/personnel paperwork within two weeks of receipt and maintain accuracy of all files

General Administration:

•Pro-active in streamlining Human Resources Practices and sourcing new ways to improve current systems.
•Maintain adequate stock supply in Human Resources Office.
•Maintain Associate Notice boards.
•Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.

Payroll:

•Ensure all associates receive their due remuneration on a timely basis.  
•Verify all payroll payments are processed in accordance with Company Policy and applicable labor regulations.  Maintain accurate Payroll records.
•Check time sheets against rosters and inform the Human Resources Manager of any breaches of Labor code.
•Evaluate accruals and payment of Annual Leave and Sick Leave entitlements.
•Update and maintain complete and accurate records for all Associates.
•Take part in monthly payroll audit from Controllers.
•Co-ordinate and maintain social insurance and health insurance as per the Labor code and regulations.
•Maintain accurate wage deduction records and reconcile payroll reports.
•Perform all reasonable accounting tasks as required by the Controller to ensure continuity of the operation.
•Collate and prepare monthly turnover report and department turnover
