Built and managed the seven-person Growth Marketing team, driving demand generation for a fast-growing SaaS startup in the legal technology space. Owned lead generation, lifecycle engagement, marketing technology, and marketing analytics responsibilities. Dramatically expanded digital and in-person marketing campaign activity to support aggressive sales targets, and developed operational infrastructure, processes, and reporting to drive results and efficiency.

Managed the five-person Marketing Business Analysis and Reporting team, charged with providing decisional information to OpenText executive and marketing leadership. Oversaw the development of regular reporting on marketing effectiveness, as well as ad hoc analysis. Prioritized team resources across competing stakeholder needs to balance projects with urgent business needs. Deployed business intelligence tools to automate reporting. Additionally, worked to integrate the marketing systems and processes of Dell's legacy Enterprise Content Management Division into OpenText as of the acquisition close date of January 23, 2017.

Managed the five-person Marketing Operations team for EMC's Enterprise Content Division (ECD), acquired by Dell Technologies from the EMC Corporation in September, 2016. ECD was a ~$600M software division of EMC Corporation devoted to the Documentum, InfoArchive, LEAP, Captiva, and Document Sciences family of Enterprise Content Management software. Supported the operational execution of ECD's global marketing programs, developed business intelligence and analytics to measure, track, and improve divisional marketing impact, and established the marketing Program Management Office (PMO). Organized and executed the annual budget planning process. Represented the operational perspective on the CMO's Marketing Leadership Team for planning, strategy, and special projects. Supported integration planning for OpenText's acquisition of ECD concluding in January, 2017.

Supported the ECD Experience Marketing team charged with dramatically improving the consistency and clarity of our message to the market via the development of superior customer facing assets, sales enablement tools, and sales training assets. Worked primarily on redesigning and improving the process for web-based content and delivery.

Managed a six-person project team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) research and development program for enhancements to the Commercial Mobile Alerting Service (CMAS) component of the Integrated Public Alerts and Warnings System (IPAWS). Worked closely with government executives and senior leader clients to develop and execute programs. Activities included program management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, research performer management, and outreach.

Previous support to DHS S&T and FEMA included evaluating emerging technologies in support of IPAWS, as well as research and outreach for the application of social media to support nation-wide alerts and warnings.

Managed the seven-person Business Analysis team of Sprint’s Custom Network Solutions business unit which delivered in-building and campus coverage enhancements to enterprise, small business, and public sector customers. Worked to evaluate wireless network infrastructure investments, oversee sales compensation modeling, vendor transactions, and ad hoc analysis in support of executive team needs.
