My first role in this call center was as a customer care manager. On a daily basis, I solved questions and problems that our marketers or real estate agents came across on the webpage or related to the service provided by the virtual assistants. 
 
After a few months, I accepted to train the virtual assistants. In this role, I created teaching material and updated it every month. I taught around 15 people a month, who after three weeks of training had the skills to start making calls related to real estate (cold calling, FSBO, etc)

I taught from first to sixth grade at Liceo Main Elementary school. I had the opportunity to participate in and prepare school events, create workshops, and tutor. I strengthened generic skills, such as organization, motivation, initiative, analytical thinking, and teamwork. As well as leadership, strategic planning, and discipline.

English Teacher

Executive Assistant - English Teacher - Trainer

I have a bachelor's degree in pedagogy. I have been working as an English teacher since 2017. Currently, I work for Alpha Inbound as the CEO’s executive assistant.
