At the end of 2020, Discover pivoted to Product driven teams and Mobile platform team is responsible for  availability, performance and modernization of the Mobile app development platform so that Mobile developers and Discover business is able to provide the best class mobile app to our end-users at market speed. We handle the development pipeline, OS/Platform/SDK upgrades, Modernize development platform to make more resilient and create ease of use for the development teams
- With the reorg from Project to Product orientation of the work: created the new framework of execution called continuous planning from the basis of TPS/Lean Development/Lean UX and helped mature it to replace the SAFe execution that is currently prevalent in the company. This method will improve the CT of the features/initiative minimum by 30%
- Improved the transition to reorg by creating the function of the mobile app to the team to aid the product orientation that has saved almost 2 weeks for the entire department
- Developed the product roadmap to meet and exceed the OKR set for the team for the next 18 months
- Devops: Implementing CI CD pipeline for the mobile app development using Git Actions, Saucelabs, Appium and home grown mock systems
