The easiest trap for anyone trying to book meetings is... 

Thinking you need the flashiest tools to achieve your goals.

There are levels to skills. 

Some people require 100 tools to achieve the desired results. 
Some can actually get the desired results with 10 tools.

I don't do crazy personalization. 

Instead, I break down the message into components: 

— Who am I trying to reach out?

— Why am I reaching out to them now?

I spend 80% time writing a relevant message and 20% on delivery.

4/ Build a sustainable daily routine

Consistency beats intensity every time. 

I block 15 mins in the morning to manage all my replies and 15 mins in the evening. 

This alone generates more meetings than most people's "growth hacks."

5/ Measure what matters

For me, the most important metric is “Qualified meetings booked per week." 

That's the only number I care about because that pays my bills.

Instead, what you should be tracking is:
