• Expectation to onboard 2500 employees for peak season.
• Support financial reporting by completing payroll and timecard authorizations daily.
• Creating production report in Excel to show productivity, attendance, and cost of Jax
building.
• Keeping HR pit stop up to 5s code.
• First line of support to managers, and employees with questions regarding payroll,
policies, programs and more.

🔹 Being a care coordinator uses the skills of collaborating with the team in morning zoom meeting to discuss goal of PAMS & CHES for the week. 
🔹 Making calls to doctors office to implement the new CKCC program within their practice. 
🔹 Traveling to different Davita clinics in Jacksonville to onboard patients (consents etc) and to schedule their appointments. 
🔹 Discussing care plans of patients with the Nurse Practitioner and checking her calendar for availability to schedule the patients for him/her.
