I was heading a KYC Function in the Crypto and digital assets focused FinTech, I implemented KYC Policies and procedures, worked with Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Financial Crime. My Focused was to build and streamline the KYC function which included hiring and training the team, strategic planning with the stakeholders to streamlining the onboarding process. Aligning KYC/AML Policies according to regulatory requirements. Preparing monthly KPIs and MI for senior leaders, leading discussion in meetings in regards to obstacles and issues which needs to be addressed. Presenting and advising senior leaders the implementation of the new processes and steps to improve the onboarding KYC team has taken. Team's performance reviews and mentoring and coaching to upskill them to improve their performance.

•	Support the Relationship Director (s)with fulfilment of credit requirements.
•	Support the Relationship Director (s) in identifying and winning new conquest business
•	Develop and maintain contacts with specialists in other areas of the Group, co-ordinating introductions to and from these areas and support the Relationship Director in joint meetings.
•	Attend customer meetings with or without Relationship Director and attend customer events.

•	Ensures that data integrity and Professional Standards requirements are maintained and issues are actioned.

•	Ensure compliance with mandatory Risk policies and procedures relating to governance, regulatory compliance (including Financial Crime), operational and legal risk. 
•	Involvement in projects that impact on business change as required.

Relationship Manager

•	Interviewing clients and giving factual information about products based on their demands and needs and suitability.
•	Discussing financial needs with clients on a non-advised basis and following FCA regulation.
•	Risk Prevention and Fraud detection while dealing with clients.
•	Being aware of AML and Sanction policy of Barclays
•	Being compliant under Barclay’s policy and adhering to banking code.
•	Ability to extract information from clients through interviews and from this information able to compile a profile for the client, a process referred to knowledge acquisition.
•	Communication daily with internal departments to chase cases, queries and coming to an effective solution.
•	Being proficient on Barclay’s internal IT systems and databases which I use on a daily basis.
•	High scope of analytic abilities to compile reports and facts and figures to department heads.
•	Being a solid team player and having initiative to work unsupervised
•	Handling complains and escalating to the right department.
