Since joining Tiledesk, a conversational AI platform, in 2022, I have immersed myself in the world of conversation automation, AI Chatbots, Rule-based chatbots, AI Assistants, and more. As a content creator, my role has been to delve deep into these topics and produce content in various formats, including blog articles, social media posts, and video tutorials. Creating AI agents became an integral part of my career as I sought to educate others on how to develop and utilize them for various purposes such as automated customer service, boosting website engagement and sales, and automating workflows. With over three years of experience as a content creator and SEO specialist, I have honed my skills in using tools like SEMRUSH, Ahrefs, MOZ, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics for keyword research, competitor analysis, and user behavior monitoring. Among all, conversational AI has captivated my attention the most. I am passionate about technology that simplifies our lives, and I firmly believe that the emerging trend of generative AI will do just that. I bring over four years of experience in digital marketing, having worked with diverse clients and industries, including Digital360, L’Oréal, Netflix, Too Good To Go, Hamilton Hotel, and Haier. I have authored numerous articles on topics ranging from AI chatbots to 5G and IoT, and designed webpages using WordPress and Figma. I have also contributed to market research and B2B matchmaking projects using HubSpot and Matchplat. Educationally, I hold an associate’s degree in Information Technology, a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. I am an active learner, a good listener, and a collaborative team player. I excel at prioritizing projects based on their importance and effort, and I thoroughly enjoy working with data, both in terms of collection and analysis.
