Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19, I worked as a Parliamentary Assistant in an MP’s office, serving the community and constituents of Walsall North.

In this role, I successfully : 

•	Contributed to running the office amid the onset of the COVID-19 lockdown
•	Researched and gathered vital information to assist with case resolution and policy
•	Handled more than 400 cases; drafting informative responses to constituent queries
•	Followed up political communications via social media accounts and written reports
•	Communicated clearly, signposting constituents to the right person to help them

In my part-time role at Joules, my priority was to lead all social media and marketing output on behalf of the store. In addition I successfully :

•	Provided business financial figures and set team goals to meet and exceed daily targets. 
•	Won repeat business through consistent, high-quality customer service
•	Trained and mentored new and existing members of staff up to business standard.

Of my numerous achievements in this role, consistently being the in-house Sales Associate with the best sales data is the one that I am most proud of, not least because it highlights my dedication to serving others and getting impressive results by doing so. 

I also raised the most charity money to donate based on Acts of Kindness Day. As someone who is actively involved with several charities, including NSPCC and Cancer Research UK, this meant a great deal to me.

During my time at university, I oversaw the production of a documentary focusing on Guadeloupean culture.  

On location in Guadeloupe, I successfully managed my team, carried out crucial research within the local community, arranged filming and interview dates, filmed and created content, oversaw the sound editing process and organised the consent for legal documents which allowed us to film.

I am extremely proud of this project. It gave me a unique opportunity to provide a platform and a voice for communities which would have otherwise maybe not have had the chance to do so.

I interview inspirational individuals and renown creatives in the television and music industry whereby we share words of inspiration to the viewers and listeners on YouTube,Spotify and Apple.
