My eclectic path… Learned to work hard by watching my dad and grandfather. Learned the art of hustling by working for an estate auctioneer in my teens. Learned to be a really good audio producer by getting a job I wasn’t ready for and working hard to keep it. Left the comfort of what I knew to implement my systems into an organization which had very few. Stopped millions in lost revenue. Got thanked on Ludacris’ first album. Left that job to run my own studio. Hired a voiceover coach, got better at that and won an Emmy. Developed an education app my daughter thought up. Ran the gauntlet and got it in the app stores before being crushed in the classroom by all the Google tools. Owned a pre-owned vehicle store for several years with my dad. Learned the ins and outs of the car business. He didn’t want to work the hours anymore in retirement so we exited. Co-founded an apparel brand with a friend. Figured out how clothes get designed and made. Built an entire network from scratch while learning manufacturing, textiles, warehousing and international logistics. Applied marketing know how I had from media days and sold over a million dollars of swimsuits. Not bad for a guy with no fashion sense. Bought a franchise in the child enrichment space because my wife and I wanted to give kids in our community wins. Hard to beat seeing a child develop a strong belief in self. Our team is growing and we have hundreds of kids learning soccer in our program. I coach and consult with select founders on helping them grow their business. I love to work on cars and travel.
