•	Workflow Management pertaining to quality checking. Supervising day-to-day activities of Research Team. Expertise in KYC Verification and AML screening - negative media, sanctions, and PEP.
•	Delivering high quality and timely completion of Client ready reports.
•	Handling varied cases such as Third party risk reports, Director’s Declaration Verification Report, Citizenship by Investment reports, Source of Wealth reports, KYC verification reports, Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) identification reports, and Premium reports with Business Intelligence and Site Visits, amongst others.
•	In-depth knowledge and experience in meeting client requirements, categorization, and summarization of risks, presenting risk insights and risk ratings, proof reading, UBO identification, screening online, database checks, lateral searches, etc.
•	Subject Matter Expert in assessing key risk areas such as Global Financial Crimes, Sanctions, Money Laundering, Corruption and Bribery, PEP, Terrorism, Serious and Organized Crime, Fraud and Regulatory Breaches, Tax Non-compliance, Transparency, Business Continuity, etc.
•	Quality assurance of reports and providing timely feedback in relation to any errors found to ensure that cases are free from any errors prior to client delivery.
•	Undertaking reviews of big scope, wide coverage cases and complex cases.
•	Working closely with the team to develop a deep understanding of due diligence, research, analysis, data gathering, legal, risk and compliance issues, time management, communication with clients, and writing skills.
•	Training team members in multiple occasions to skill up in areas of weakness as well as due diligence methodologies.
•	Strong research skills, including screening and online search tools related to corporate registries/filings, LBRL checks, ESG, credit reports, and media sources.
•	Working closely with other teams to resolve complex issues as well as coordinate with vendors and other internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Research Supervisor (Third-Party Risk Assessment and Due Diligence)

•	Apart from the below mentioned roles and responsibilities, conducting Quality checking and reviewing varied types of Enhanced Due Diligence reports, and providing feedback as well as guidance to the Analysts in relation to any omission and /or errors found.
•	Worked on several big scope and wide coverage cases, express cases, and complex cases of several clients having different specific requirements.
•	Supervised and acted as deputy during my Research Supervisor's absence, and assisted team members in solving the queries.

Senior Analyst (Third-Party Risk Assessment and Due Diligence)

•	Apart from the below mentioned roles and responsibilities; assisted the Research Supervisor in Quality checking and reviewing the reports and providing feedback as well as guidance to the Analysts in relation to any omission and /or errors found.
•	Assisted the Research Supervisor in training and guiding the new interns
•	Acted as a backup of the Research Supervisor and managing the team in her absence.

Lead Analyst (Third-Party Risk Assessment and Due Diligence)

•	Performed Due Diligence with respect to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) on individuals/business entities based/located around the world. The focus is on connecting the clients' business to the ever-changing regulatory environment. This helps clients to take accurate strategic decisions while expanding their businesses.
•	Specialized in preparing reports for priority clients - focusing on every client requirement very minutely and analyzing the derogatory information as per the client Materiality guidelines. 
•	Conducted qualitative research on other client reports as well; within the stipulated time on companies and individuals for various business and/or compliance requirements of the clients.
