I am responsible for managing Middle East and Africa region. Product Manager - Red Hat

As a BDM for Red Hat in Ingram Micro; My primary focus is to generate Revenue, Profit, new partner base and create awareness of Ingram Micro and Red Hat partnership in the Gulf (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Yemen, Afghanistan) market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish relationship with existing Red Hat partners and their teams focusing on Open Source Linux business/Datacenter/Cloud/Application development & deployment/IoT/Cyber Security/Automation areas to push Red Hat offerings.
- For existing Red Hat partners, understand their capabilities of Red Hat and enable them in untouched Red Hat offerings with a Sales/Presales training/ Demo- POC enablement plan
- Create an awareness of Red Hat offerings and develop new partners for Red Hat focusing on specific Red Hat offerings.
- Market Red Hat products by sending emailers, blogs, weekly broadcasts, videos over social media
- Arrange industry specific/product specific mass partner enablement sessions to bring Red Hat products on top of the mind of partners with the help of Ingram Red Hat presales team
- Taking care of Vendor relationship by liasing with RedHat Channel Managers, Account Managers, Inside Sales Account Managers and Distribution Manager to understand and collaborate to achieve common business goals
- Managing complete sales cycle of the order along with Partner, Vendor and internal teams (Operations, Credit, Purchase, Marketing, Channel) for successful closure of numbers.

As a channel sales, my focus is to win, maintain and expand relationship with assigned partner to achieve win win business growth for Ingram Micro, partners and vendors.  The primary objectives for this role is to achieve sales profitability and partner recruitment objectives.
Also, I am responsible for complete DELL EMC Product sales cycle for Enterprise partners in Qatar as an additional responsibility.

Detailed Profile:

•  To establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts in Qatar.
•  To meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
•  To facilitate the involvement of Product Sales Teams, Marketing Team, Credit Team and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
• To coordinate with Partner top level management in developing a joint partner planning process to achieve mutual profitable business, technical and sales learning objectives to achieve productive partner relationship.
