The application is built with offline capabilities and a capacity to sync a million records in less time. Worked on reports using Tableau and integrated them back to the mobile and web applications.
Also, part of Cerner Cloud application team, coding mobile applications and APIs in Java, Rails and Android.
Deployed mobile and web applications using Continuous Integration with Jenkins and Continuous deployment onto Playstore, EC2 and EBS. Dockerized the application for a smooth deployment.
Consumed AWS S3, RDS, ElasticCache, ElasticSearch, Lambda, Lex, Cognito, KMS and Rekognition and integrated them with the application.

𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲.

While speaking with a coach, we discussed the latest ICF Global Coaching Study and what it actually reveals about the earnings of coaches.

Most people only see the headline number: “The average coach makes around $70K per year.”
 Sounds great, right?

But when you look deeper into the full report, the story changes completely.
That number is heavily influenced by executive and corporate coaches, who sit at the higher end of the market. Once you focus solely on personal and life coaches, the average annual income drops to approximately $𝟮𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬.

And that might still be generous, since coaches who are struggling often don’t take the survey in the first place.

𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸.

Most coaches aren’t earning anywhere close to what the industry headlines suggest. Not because they lack skill, but because they haven’t built the right systems, positioning, or visibility to turn coaching into a sustainable business.

This is a lighthearted list, but with a serious message: too many coaches focus on the wrong things.

1. Certifications
❌ Listing letters after your name won’t win clients.
 ✅ Showing how you solve real problems will.


2. Coaching Modalities
❌ “NLP, EFT, co-active” often just confuse people.
 ✅ Clear outcomes—like “I’ll help you double your client base”—make sense.


3. Proprietary Frameworks
❌ Your “Unique Method™” sounds cool to you.
 ✅ Clients care about the results it delivers, not the label.


4. Passion Statements
❌ “I love helping people” is expected, not unique.
 ✅ Stories and case studies prove your passion in action.


5. Logos and Branding Obsessions
❌ A shiny logo won’t sign contracts.
 ✅ Consistent, client-focused messaging will.


6. Coach-Speak
❌ Phrases like “holding space” don’t translate.
 ✅ Speak in your clients’ words. Meet them where they are.


7. Spiritual Jargon
❌ “Source energy” isn’t everyone’s language.
 ✅ Use the vocabulary your target audience already trusts.


8. Empty Newsletters
❌ Nobody signs up for “tips & updates.”
 ✅ A valuable lead magnet (like a checklist or assessment) gets attention.


9. Fancy Tools
❌ A $300 CRM with no clients is a waste.
 ✅ Simple spreadsheets work until you scale.


10. Morning Routines
❌ Nobody cares what time you wake up.
 ✅ They care what transformation you’ll bring them.


11. Symbolic Images
❌ Stock photos of sunsets don’t sell.
 ✅ Authentic photos of you in action build trust.


12. Directories
❌ They turn you into a commodity.
 ✅ Positioning yourself as a specialist commands premium fees.


13. Motivational Quotes
❌ Posting “inspirational” images rarely drives business.
 ✅ Sharing insights and personal lessons does.
