	
Receive fault messages around the clock and take corrective actions according to documented procedures.

	Run reports from given listings to ensure that management information is available to customers in line with their requirements.

	Maintain reports on errors, actions, problems etc. in order to ensure consistency & understanding between shifts & that appropriate systems records are maintained.
