● Designed a green-field concept to extend TGC’s service availability beyond it’s footprint leveraging cloud technologies, AI, and network automation.

Deutsche Telekom IoT (DT IoT) is the subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom group, responsible for the Internet of Things (IoT) solutions in Europe, and USA.
● Reviewed the NB-IoT G2M strategy in reaction to the market dynamics and entry of new IoT MVNO players.
● Introduced new IoT value-add services to uniquely position DT connectivity bundles within a fierce competitive market.
● Allocated an annual innovation budget of > €1M to various initiatives in line with the market demand and business priorities.

● Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP) Strategy Refresh - Saudi Arabia. 
Developed a green-field ministry strategy and identified key digital transformation initiatives. Among top Vision 2030 projects with direct reporting to the Minister.
● National Datacenter for the Government - Lebanon.
Conducted a cloud readiness assessment of the Lebanese government institutions, banks, and tech firms. Developed a G2M strategy and prepared a decision-paper for different funding scenarios.
● IoT Product Management at Deutsche Telekom – Germany.
Advised the client on establishing the IoT product team within a green-field business unit and defining key priorities.

● Joined as Business Analyst with fast-track promotion to Technology Consultant in 18 months.

- Designing a flexible base-band signal synthesizer for the basic base-band-coding formats used in the RFID system.
