I head community and grants management for Creatives DAO on NEAR Protocol. I am passionate about building purpose based communities and enabling them to thrive on blockchain. In my career, I've concentrated on the strategic development and expansion of technology and open-source communities, notably playing a pivotal role in the establishment of over 80 DAOs across a vast global landscape. My initiatives have included launching innovative Ambassador and Partnerships Programs and designed grant frameworks to broaden our international community footprint. In my tenure with NEAR - I grew the communities to 80+ DAOs with 40k plus onchain members in over 25 countries. - Established partnerships program and Ambassador program - Managed a grant budget of 1.25 million USD annually - Created a metric system to assess grant proposals - Helped setup a our Legal wrapper - a Guernsey based trust instrument for Creatives DAO - Worked as a strategist for DAOcubator, an incubator for DAOs to onboard their IRL communities globally - Envisioned and helped create cplanet.org - the first public service good by Creatives DAO where vetted members can fund and support artists they like.
